good afternoon all. I have just received a "Final Chance to Pay" from Debt Recovery Plus (on behalf of G24 Ltd) claiming that I parked outside a marked bay (there is a photo attached but I moved the car.....anyway....)
Can you advise if I need to pay this fine? do these companies have any rights to take me to court etc? Any experience on this forum of DRP taking further action?
Reading lots of feedback saying "don't pay" etc but good to get up to date feedback and thoughts
