Witness Statement Completed wrong-what can I do?

Good Afternoon,

Help-I have messed up my Witness Statement and done it more of a Defence/Counterclaim. I did ask the claimants if they would accept a substitute-but they are playing hardball and refused-What can I do and how do I do it?
