Wimbledon police, under new guidelines, have ascended an allegation against me of sexual touching to magistrate's court.
The claimant, an ex girlfriend with whom I was sexual before and after our exclusive relationship, waited 7 months after the unwitnessed 'act' to file. She had been going through emotional distress when she filed and although she says 'bum' I say 'leg'.
I believe that wimbledon police have wrongly filed this incident as an offense and escalated the matter without adequate evidence or review by state legal professionals, probably in the name of the recent sexual offenses zeitgeist.
My first hearing has been set for 15th May
Can anyone help me to get CPS to review this case. I know that if anyone just stopped to think then this would be thrown out.
