Advice on Erudio please

Hi. I am separated from husband and Erudio have never taken his salary into account when applying for deferment. Now they are taking child maintenance into account and I am £1.50 over the threshold. They have demanded over £1000 in arrears due to length of time for them to reach their decision and want £175 a month. I am living hand to mouth just now as it is and the stress of this on top of divorce is horrendous. Any ideas please?
