    Hello All

    I am new to this site and would appreciate My advice that you can offer me.

    I discovered that my husband was having an affair. He has left and is living with his mother. We've been married 36 years, and have a mortgage. He has told me that he wants a clean break, a divorce and half of the house. I am happy to keep the house as long as possible, can anyone please help me, have I any rights now that he has left the home? Ie. Locks and his possessions isis t sale of the house instructed with in the divorce or after the divorce?
