Hi :) Endeavour Finance Loan PPI
HI everyone 
looking for help re. a PPI complaint. I took a secured loan out in 2002 through broker CT Capital (Central Capital Norwich) - lender was Endeavour Finance who HSBC are now responsible for.
HSBC are saying they didn't sell the PPI policy to me and directed me to CT Capital who were not regulated in 2002
So have I reached a dead end? I called the FOS who advised me this complaint could not be taken up by them because the broker wasn;'t regulated! I paid a front-loaded premium of £1550 on a loan of £10,000 .
