Can anyone tell me if there is a course of action I can take to get a divorce filed?
My situation:my fiancée & I have waited the required 2 yrs for the divorce to be amicably settled. My fiancée has had no answer whatsoever, despite polite requests to know, regarding wether he has filed anything at all. After more than a week since the previous message, there is still no reply & we do not know if he has even set things in motion.
We want to remarry asap, so is there anything we can do?
