Hello,
i took out a PCP agreement with BPF and am 3 years through a 4 year deal but circumstances have changed and I can no longer really afford the car. I am wondering whether it would be beneficial to voluntary terminate the agreement; I have passed the point in which i am able to terminate its that I have gone nearly 3x over the mileage limit already so I can’t afford to get charged for excess mileage or any damages in a lump sum. Are they likely to charge me for all mileage and any damages in one lump sum??
