    Hello

I wonder if you can help me, I have received a letter from Marstons for £956 I have called the bailiff and its from speeding fines sp30 a couple of them from back when I was going through a divorce and just about focusing on one day at a time. I’ve explained I can only pay 400/450 but could I please pay the remainder over 3 weeks. Nope was the reply full payment at this stage or goods removal, to be honest on Friday when I text she said if not paid the removal van was coming over the weekend ..... obviously it did not. If I pay £400 on the automated can I stand my grounds and tell her I will pay the remainder over 3 wks!!!

    Can they break in?

I've told her my 3 young teenagers are at home.

    Thank you for advising.

    K

UPDATE: I paid £456 by bank transfer at lunchtime today, I emailed the bailiff and said that I had paid £456 by Bacs and the remainder I would pay over the next 2-3 weeks.

She replied that this will not stop the warrant and if not paid by the end of the week then removals will go ahead.
