    Hello all I thank you for the work you do and your time in giving advice. Be blessed. I am new to this forum as I was searching for help on the web I came across this forum and I registered that why I am here. thank you.
    Issue date on the claim form is 29th dec 2018.
    In the County court business centre
    Katherine house Northampton.

    Defendant
    particulars of the claim
    By the agreement between Halifax and the defendant on around 26/08/2004. The defendant failed to make minimum payments due and the agreement was terminated. The agreement was assigned to the claimant. The claimant therefore claims £1026.90 and £70 costs and legal representative cost £80. Total £1176 this default no longer appear on my credit report both CallCredit and Experian.

    Note:
    I had I had a payment plan with cabot of £1 monthly and I have recently stopped payment.
    Please your advise is welcome as I don't know how to respond to this. Can I still request for a CCA?
