Hi All,
I guess like many people on here I find myself in a position where support and advice from people who have "been there and done it" would be hugely helpful.
More posts incoming but my claim will be against a company who undertook sub-standard restoration work on a classic car and who appear to have over-charged for work and who have damaged expensive items I paid for separately and sent them to assist with the restoration.
The claim will be substantial (relative to me) and I am going to try the Direct Access route to a Barrister to try and keep costs down. I've used a Solicitor up until now to try and reach a settlement but the Defendant is being intransigent and belligerent.
