Hi I am currently in dispute with me ex employer. I have suffered from depression most of my life but was under control however I joined a long standing team and was constantly bullied. This was confirmed by a newer colleague who said to me that they bully me but as he was on probation himself although he confirmed they were unfriendly to me and jumped on everything I said. He also confirmed it made him feel awkward how they were with me to my employer. When I finally said something as feeling particularly vulnerable on a day where my mother was having a biopsy for cancer (she’s had two operations since and hopefully now ok) I said I felt bullied. my employer took this forward and then put the blame on me and dismissed me with no warning. I have provided a letter stating I have suffered from depression since 1990 and currently being treated for it with the medication however they now want a medical report and I am unsure what I need to get included.
