Compensation dispute for damage to property by tradesmen

Hello,

I am in the middle of a drawn out dispute over the level of compensation decided by the furniture ombudsman relating to damage done to my property by a boiler fitting company. I’ve been trying to find an independent body that will actually attend my property and assess the level of damage and value it (rather than basing their decisions on pictures of the damage).

I would appreciate any advice on the matter.
