Dear all, i have just joined this form, hoping for some clarification regarding The parking control management & gladestone solicitors, originally in May 2017, i received parking charges for them saying that i entered into a contract with them, I wrote back telling them that I never received any charges and never entered in to any contract with them, they then sent me 10-12 notices saying i had parked illegally, i wrote back telling them i did not see any charges on my car, i was told to write to the IPA which I did they came back dismissing my appeal, we exchanged letters this went on for a couple months with them constantly sending me requests for payments
I wrote back continuing to tell them that i never received any charges and can they send me proof, they continued to send requests for payment this went on for awhile, I told them that they cannot expect me to pat for something i know not about!, please send me the so called proof of tickets again this dragged on for another period whilst they kept increasing the charges for letters from a company called trace.
They finally sent me some correspondence with photo of my car with a ticket on it, I told them all the photos look the same, can they send me hard copies of each ticket with the proof of photo, date, time and place, I didn't receive anything, they still sent the payment charges and claim form court request, i wrote back to the court exlpaing the above the court dismissed 2-3 of the tickets.
Gladstones continued to hound me for payments for the so called other tickets, I wrote back asking for the same proof to-date I have still not received the proof, I now received another court claim form demanding £860, I have tired to contact the court calling constantly for hours today but the number rings a couple times then disconnects, I then went on line to find out about Gladstones solicitors discovering they have board members on the IPA and that this is not supposed to be as they dismiss most if not all of the appeals.
I would love to establish how I can deal with this matter as it's become so stressful for me, any help or advise will be much appreciated.
