Hello please can someone advice me. Got a letter today from mortitry law saying they are sending letter for lanten. I had a loan from Oakham back in 2014 October. Had difficulty paying stopped paying and never heard anything until Jan this year when I got a letter from lanten asking me to repay I'm not able to pay £1897.even I'm instalments again I just ignored letters and today I got one from mortitry law saying pay or set up instalments or lanten may take me to court. Should I worry . And who would take me court mortitry law or lanten.?
