  • Idem /Blackhorse loan. Not on Land Registry are they able to seek possession

Does anyone have any advice on the following..
Blackhorse loaned and re-laoned money to us 15 years ago.. firstly as an unsecured loan and then as a secured debt rather than work with us and agree affordable repayments. Finally they sold the debt to Idem.
Idem threatened repossession but never followed through and simply add £126 in interest every month to the initial 18K that was outstanding. It's now 23K
We cannot afford any payments whatsoever as together/Lancashire Mortgages have been granted repossession of the family business. My ex went to court unrepresented and the judge found in favour of together. He borrowed 28K and paid back 85K. However, the hidden charges were 21K..
Therefore there is nothing for iDem.
    How do I proceed?
They are not listed on the Land Registry but Blackhorse are. Do they have any legal claim to this so called Secured debt?
