Everyday loans

Hi,

I have a loan with everyday loans I'm currently a month in arrears, I'm struggling to pay my monthly payments ,I'm receiving 3 to 4 phone calls and day from them and they've been to my home and phoned my employers, is this legal? I'm scared I live by myself, please any advise
