I need some help with an issue with Lowell DCA.
I have done all the “prove the debt” correspondence with Lowell and now have a letter from them saying that they are onlyrequired to provide the CCA Information for debts that have a balance and are due. They have listed for of my old debts in their letter which show zero balances and have said these debts are zero, nothing is due, or will be due.
What should I do next? Can I get the entries on my credit report removed. The entries are in the name of Lowell and not the original company.
