  • PPI Claim - Picture Finance / Webb Resolutions

i am hoping someone can give me some advice as we are hitting a brick wall
We took a consolidation (secured) loan out in 2007 with Picture Finance. We were mis-sold ppi as we were basically told it was a necessity to get the funds and we were quite desperate at the time.
We have a copy of the signed loan agreement from Picture.
The loan was settled in full (early) in 2012 when we sold the property, however, as Picture had gone 'belly up' by that stage, our loan was passed to and settled with Webb Resolutions. We have a copy of the land registry document proving the charge was settled with Webb.
The FSCS have said that on contacting Picture in whatever form they trade in now, that they cannot find any details on our loan and Webb come up in searches as dormant, so we are basically being told they can find no details
Not really sure how to proceed from here and we have tried to contact Webb by letter with no response
Does anyone have any advice how we can proceed?

    Many thanks!
