Hi, please forgive me if im going over old ground but im new to this. I VR'd my car last August and the collection company took photos of chips and marks on my paintwork etc and came up with a bill for £331 which I havent paid. The car was 5 years old at the time of VR and was as far as i was concerned in extremely good condition for its age with just normal wear and tear as you would expect. My daughter signed as i was at work when it was collected - she signed to say "I disagree with the price" - They are now threatening me with solicitors and debt collectors. I did sign all the forms they sent me through as I didnt know I shouldnt do this. Will i need to pay this and will they get a solicitor or debt collector on to it? Could I ask them for the invoices to prove what they paid out to fix it? Sorry if im duplicating previous info on this but Im not sure where to turn.
