  • Car finance voluntary termination

Unfortunately, we signed the documentation that the finance company sent out( car checklist and termination request). They have now stated that we owe £1000. This consists of 2 monthly payments and the rest is for wear and tear to the vehicle. I am looking for advice as to whether we should pay this or not? Is it worth trying to fight our case or is it better just to settle? I can only assume that they are going to continue to add the monthly payment to the total.

Thanks in advance for any help/advice given.
