I have had enough of the Universal Credit system.
Promises made and systems in place have been failed by case managers. Knowing that thousands of people are in the same boat as myself, I would like to sue the government in a form of class action. I have had staff admit to me that shortcuts have been taken to reduce or remove claims, going against written guidelines.
I feel the only way things will change is if ten to twenty thousand people issue proceedings for compensation based on life threatening mistakes/errors/cockups/manipulations to the system. I have sufficient evidence to prove malpractice.
I would have absolutely no difficulty getting that number of wronged people together as I feel that it is possibly hundreds of thousands that have been wronged, but I not sure of a starting point legally.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
