Hi All,
Going through another claim with MMF/Moriaty and at the last hurdle they have come up with the paperwork so a good option for me is to agree settlement through mediation.
Can anyone shed any light on what kind of settlement they would consider and how long they are prepared to let you pay it off? If it goes all the way to court and I get a CCJ I would be asking the court for low payments as income/expenditure would clearly indicate I am in trouble and cannot afford a massive amount every month.
Does the total that we will be mediating on include the court fees or is it just the original claim amount ?
