Employment contract changed, now being made redundant.

Hi

Wonder if you can help. I have been with my employer coming up for 7 years next month. I have spent 6.7 of those years as full time and will be 5 months as part time.

Does my payout have to be worked out using my current part time salary or can I argue for it to be worked out based on full time and part time. What are my rights?
