I had a judgement made in dec 2016 without my knowledge.
I filled out the N244 and sent it off, by accident due to all the stress I put the address of the company were I should have put mine, but this not only should have been very obvious to court staff that I did not live in their offices, but I had also sent many chasing emails to the court, of which they auto acknowledged them but never had the good manners to reply. They should have rejected the form.
So I missed the court date as they sent it to the credit company and not me.
Even know I let the judge know what had happened he was not bothered (couldnt give a monkeys in fact) and said the judgement had to stand and then told me to get legal advise how to appeal against this, but I am unable to find any other forms to do this.
So I have not been able to present the evidence that the judgement should not have been given in the first place.
