at present avoiding doing my FOS letter - so trying to sort out wifes 30 bday present.
I WILL DO THE LETTER BUT.................................
I have washing to put on line, pots to wash, floor to vac, kids to beat up (sorry play with ), holiday to sort out (NEXT WEEK), work, work, oh and did I mention work?

I got Cobbetts calling to agree a settlement.....well they told my fiancee that....she said they sounded a bit desperate....as they said it was urgent they contact me.....lol
And lady from EGG about my complaint......if they don't do as I want....I am sueing them for loads.....lol

OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!
Had my peace shattered by a letter from Moorcroft this morning.....
Dated after EGG assured me they had taken the file back and removed Moorcroft from the equation.........lol
Silly Moorcroft.......'you don't have any authorisation to ask me to pay this alledged debt'.....lol
So I called the nice lady at EGG and she said, " You know the team was dealing with your complaint, well they aren't anymore!"
At this point my heart stopped.....I was waiting for an arguement....
She said, " We have cleared the balance!"...........I was speachless.....
She went on to say " We have removed the wrong details from your credit files and will list this one as settled!". She then said, " I will write to you when everything is done and the account is closed!".......
I just had to thank her for what she had managed to do in a week......that nobody else could do in 4 years.......lol
I told her about the Moorcroft letter.......She hit the roof!
She is passing it to the liason dept......They are gonna blast moorcroft......lol
2 birds with one phone......sorry stone......lol
