Nice easy case for them though:

Obviously, the judgement is beneficial. However, am concerned that some may mis-intpret the reasoning behind same.

Re: CAG has had an almighty 'upgrade'
Nice and how it should be, over the last two years since having to give up work though disability at my last count I had a total of 147 threat letters from various DCA's
Also many from my bank when there is a clear "VIS" a "VIS" regarding missold PPI.
Nice Judgement just goes to show what can be achieved on a subject that many would say is hard to prove.

Comrade Booky is still spouting. However, she now appears to have completely forgotten her quote: 15 minutes!

Checking the user's profile shows a total of 8 posts. And "James" has been a member since 21st June.
Hardly a "15 minutes of fame".
Perhaps Bookie needs to go to Specsavers? Seems there is a discrepency between the threads SHE sees and what everybody sees. She apparently can't even see the ads, FFS.

Who's Buzby are they a former Mod?

If they can ID you they CAN use thread you created in litigation. They may even use it to 'prove' what good guys they are & how they tried to help but you, the feckless debtor, couldn't be persuaded to pay up
Have they given an undertaking NOT to use in any litigation what they learn from CAG ......... I bet not

Looks like CAG's consultation response will make for some interesting reading. Can't wait.

Oh, sorry... the Cabot 6 voluntarily revealed their personal details to Cabot's solicitors. Nothing whatsoever to do with Marc Gander and his Stormtroopers bullying and browbeating them into doing so. No way, no siree.

Re: CAG has had an almighty 'upgrade'
That does mean that they are officially recognised. I know that MSE allow company representatives but ONLY authorised by them and they are clearly visible. That appears to be the CAG policy if that Customer Rep is authorised but have their terms and conditions changed though?
