Re: CAG has had an almighty 'upgrade'
Thought that I would remove the following, before it is removed:
[quote] by Fester Tester:
Well, one reject actually thinks there are actually varying reasons why some of said rejects have spat out their soothers.
Not least of which is the draconian measures taken by "da management" whenever there is any form of dissent, particularly in regard to latter decisions regarding allowing of DCAs to offer "helpful advice" in CAG.
And perhaps some are a wee bit alarmed at the fact that CAG see fit to allow ads for loan sharkes, pay day loans, Claims Management companies, and other services which, to be perfectly honest, will ruin people's lives if they take advantage of their kind offers to lend money without credit checks, cancel their credit card debt, etc, etc.
Now tell me i'm wrong. Or even worse, that I have a hidden agenda to discredit CAG. And I'll laugh in your face, as you try to pretend CAG doesn't have a major problem.
If CAg were really so unconcerned about the mass exodus, they wouldn't now be ditching the "edit" feature. Now THAT is a petty, spiteful thing to do. And actually an admission that some of those "rejects" actually made some very useful posts. Otherwise, why prevent anybody else from removing their posts? No, I'm sorry, but there is little point in having a pop about those leaving, and complaining about their supposedly "rehashing their bitterness" as you have done, when the above post is full of nothing but bile and poison.
Pot. Kettle.
I wonder how long it will be before I get CAGbotted. [quote]
I note that Comrade B' is now back tracking?

Not a strange post at all imo from Bloodworm. Many on here will know exactly how cutting and rude some of her posts can be. Not sure if it's bitterness, I would think more a cover for her own failings.

ROFLMAO
Hope the meds don't run out anytime soon.
Or is it captain smirnoff at the wheel?
If this is such a non-site why do they crap their panties everytime anyone mentions its name in the house of sellout?

Re: CAG has had an almighty 'upgrade'
I think it is an excellent post by Woodworm and gives her something to do in her sad bitter little life I suppose.
I assume the "cruise ship" she refers to is the Titanic, good to know she regrds us as the life saving raft that will save people from the impending fate of drowning. Ahh well, at least the captain may stay on to go down with his sinking ship and disappear into "honest Davey" Jones' locker once and for all.
See you all in port for the warm soup and tin foil blankets, Enaid will be supplying the rum :beagle:

Re: CAG has had an almighty 'upgrade'
Here's a cheery post from the ever friendly Bookworm. Posted, inappropriately enough, in a thread entitled "What made you smile today"...
Smile? No, laugh my head off. I will have to be careful how I word this:
Another site, collecting all the rejects who decide to throw out their dummies for one reason or another, unable of an original thought, self-congratulating and backslapping at every newest member, not realising that whenever someone ends there, it's ALWAYS as their last choice (there's a ringing endorsement, not. ).
These people, arguing they're nothing like the other, larger, better known and oh so much more successful site, then circle and rip the throat out of anyone who dares make the slightest criticism of their precious, thereby much more aggressively and nastily doing exactly what they accused the first site of doing.
They have so little membership which hasn't filtered through the first site that they can only recognise one another through using the same nicks and sometimes avatars.
It get worse: there is so little to do there that some of them then STILL go to the first site under different guises. Or they go to another site and try to trash the 1st site to a wider public. Well, it must get lonely talking to yourself where they sit, rehashing their bitterness, knowing in their petty little hearts that they had a chance and blew it, out of their own egotism, jealousy, mean behaviours or power trips. It must rankle no end leaving (voluntarily or not) a cruiseship and end up in a raft made of badly fitting branches with a rag saying "help!" in fading pencil at the top.
Still, gives some of us something to laugh at, I suppose.

I think it's a good idea myself. At least it would have prevented the likes of Comrade 'honest' Dave from editing his posts months after he'd closed a thread.

I do find that new default theme for vBulletin 4.x to be hard on the eyes and not comfortable to read. Probably something you get used to after a while though.
