I spoke to my aunt yesterday and she asked had I received the card for our wedding anniversary as she had posted it on Saturday.
I said I hadn't, in the post though was a card saying something with not enough postage on it was available to be collected from my nearest delivery office at a cost of £1.17p. I rang the office and indeed it was a card, so it clicked it must have been the one from my aunt. I asked her had she forgotten to put a stamp on it, she had in fact put a 2nd class stamp on an ordinary sized card and it wasn't enough, so hey ho we both agreed they could keep the card, but wouldnt it just have been as easy to post my card insted of their card telling me to go and collect my card?
Anyways bet they have a lotta paper waste at these colection offices lol, something i never thought about before.
