Hello LegalBeagles Community. I am a new member and I am no legal luminary, just a curious observer for the most part.
I have a question that has been nagging me. It concerns giving 2 agents power of attorney under a single document; but it is not along the classic joint PoA. Each will have specific responsibilities (1 handling matters concerning my sole trader business, the other handling some personal matters) over a 18 moth period of my absence from the scene. Is this a feasible (legal) proposal and are there specific provisions and precedents under UK law for this to be done. Any guidance and references would be appreciated.
