  • Interim Charging Order on a Debtor

Can you please advice, I have a General form of Judgement or Order granted by the Court on a debtor. The Debtor refused the instalments set out by the order. I applied for a Interim charging Order by filling in form N379. I was granted the Interim charging order, and in the schedule a restriction on the debtors land will be applied. I have since received a General Form of Judgement or Order saying.
Can you please advise what this means.
The application for a final charging order is dismissed. The interim charging order is discharged forthwith. The applicants do forthwith vacate any Land Charges or Land Registry entries arising from the granting of the Interim Charging Order. Does this mean I will still have the retraction put on the Debtors Land.
