Can anyone help with information, I have just realised that AOL have been charging me £3.99 a month, but I don't know what for, yes I use AOL have done for many years but for emails, I now see at some point the payments changed and now say aol/talk talk. I have been onto talk talk who are asking me to send bank statements to them, but also saying they don't have a record of this, all seems very strange to me.
Can anyone throw any light on this?
