Hi myself and a colleague have found ourselves sitting in front but with our backs towards three managers in an open plan office. This was part of an office move. We have complained that having managers directly behind us is causing a disturbance. Hard to concentrate on our work. Our manager who is one of them has said he can do nothing about it and that we should get headphones to blank the noise out. The point is these managers sit next to each other and consistently talk work or non work as well as having people come to their desk for meetings.
This may sound trivial but is he potentially breaking the law not even trying to help us resolve it.
