I need some assistance if anyone can advise
I have a default notice which gives me until 26-3-16 to pay £1900 in arrears
I don't have the money as I have had a bad 4 months with a company owing me 3K for work I did for them and in the last 3 months,,I have had to outlay £3000 in repairs to my car
Can anyone advise on time orders?
Agreement started 6-13
Total £9000 loan
£17000 balance including interest
Balance on account £3014 car worth about £4000
I have tried refinancing and part exchanging car, as the easiest option as I need car for work, but turned down by all finance companies, so just waiting for them to terminate agreement,
