    As suing the police for inaction, such as in those cases of murder where the victim was reported as being at risk, becomes more prevalent the following could if tested have implications for the police who attend at the request of bailiffs or the debtor but who fail or simply refuse to ensure that the bailiff has the powers & authority to do what they claim particularly when it's alleged by the debtor that the bailiff is exceeding those powers
