This very interesting article examines the sharp practices used to fleece poor people in Mexico.
I have been monitoring Business Week because they will soon be featuring an article on the charges campaign here. I gave an interview for this and LB should get a mention in the article. It looks like they are setting the scene for the bank's practices and will use the UK as an example of consumer backlash.
