Husband and wife swindlers must pay back Ł160,000

A HUSBAND and wife who swindled the Citizens’ Advice Bureau they worked for out of Ł575,000 to finance a “champagne high life” were today ordered pay back more than Ł160,000.
A confiscation hearing at Swansea Crown Court heard the sum was all that was recoverable from Sally Foster, 49, and her husband Dale, 65.
They used secret accounts and bogus companies to bill the Ammanford Citizens’ Advice Bureau (CAB) in Carmarthenshire for non-existent work so they could plunder its finances over a number of years.
