Victory for CMA against Viagogo

I really hate Viagogo and their practices and I'm really surprised they chose to dig their heels in over this especially when the CMA issued proceedings but the Guardian article provides an interesting read. I'm curious as to see how they intend to improve their complaints handling procedures.

Also on the continental front, German court has banned tickets to be re-sold on Viagogo for Rammstein
