    Hi to all my question is the executor of my mother's will is withholding part of my inheritance until I give them all the receipts to do with my deputyship whilst she was alive can they legal do this.

    Yes they can legal(ly) do that. Are you unable to account fully for your dealings with your late mother's finances while she was alive?
