Morning all
So after a very long and painful 2 years with lots of solicitors and finally mediation an agreement was made - 4 siblings / 1 against 3
There is property that needs to be sold and some cash. The contesting sibling received a lump sum and the remaining 3 received whatever was left once the assets are all liquidated.
My question is do we have to pay the person who contested the will first or as the money is available can it be divided equally so we all receive money at the same time ? Nothing is quoted in the settlement we all signed.
