  • Deceased bank accounts and Attorney records

Are there any legal remedies or bars to a residuary beneficiary asking those that were Attorneys under an LPA for their transaction records in relation to all they did when handling the Donor's dosh?

Can the beneficiary insist on the Executor calling in bank statements way back when and investigating?

The now estate monies are suspected as not being fully accounted for and obvious decrepancies such as the collecting in of monies, after death, without good reason, by non-Executors.
