  • Grant of administration de bonis non

    Hello
My mum had a property left to her in her sisters will. Probate was acquired for the estate, my mum gave me the house but she never put the title deed in her name or mine, so the property has remained in her deceased sisters name. My mum has died suddenly with no will in place, so if I understand correctly the "chain of representation" has been broken. My father is still alive but due to ill health unable to administer the estate so my brother is applying for power of attorney. I've been looking around and I think we need form CAP A5C grant of administration de bonis non. Can anyone advise me if that is correct and also do I need to fill in form PA1A? Thankyou for any help it's much appreciated.
