  • Executors not agreeing help!!

    Hi,

I lost my father back early last year and me and my older half brother are now executors of his will. My father owned a house with my mother who he divorced back in 2015 and she moved out into rented housing. Currently my younger brothers and me are living in the house as we did with my father until he died and still are until this point. My mother and younger brothers have talked and agreed on a date for the next year to move out and sell the house but my older brother is trying to push the date sooner and doing a lot of things behind my back regarding financial problems I've had in the past regarding an IVA. Is there anyway me, my mother and younger brothers can legally agree to a date and get him to agree to it aswell even though I am also an executor? Sorry if this is long winded. Any help would be amazing.
