Template letter demanding executor distributes the estate

Hello, I’m looking for a template giving final warning to the executor to distribute my grandmas estate. She died in January of 2018 and he is ignoring all emails and phone calls. My next action is to apply to probate court(?) to force his hand, but I’m advised to write to him first to give him fair warning. Is this correct? If so could someone help me what I actually need to write
