Does anyone have a number for someone at Orange who can kick @ss?
My mother in law has a mobile on pay as you go and has opted for the "Dolphin" package which is supposed to include free texts. However, they have been charging her for all of her texts and she is constantly using her call time credits. Being a pensioner on very little income she can barely afford to credit the required £10 a month let alone having to top up constantly to replace the text charges.
She has contacted them several times which is also costing 25p per call out of her credit and they keep saying they'll sort it but haven't as yet and this has been ongoing for 2 months!
She found a freephone number online. The guy she spoke to promised to sort it the next day and gave her a measley 15 texts free, but that was a week ago!
Please advise!
