I wondered if anyone else has noticed that first bills are not arriving from utilities quite as regularly as they should?
I noticed about 6 months ago that we seemed to be receiving a lot of red final demands for water, electric and phonebills.
At first I thought it might be me not noticing the first bills coming in the post, but I've just been back through the house file and it would appear that in more than 50% of cases over the past year, the first bills we have received from suppliers are red ones.
Is anyone else experiencing this?
Are these companies cutting costs by not sending out proper bills in the first instance?
