I had a debt with Eon for an old address - over £2,000. I’ve just found out that they got a CCJ against me (using another old address where I’ve not been for almost 6 years) in April 2016, but instead of it being in my name, they’ve only got the first and last letters of my surname right on the CCJ.
e.g. Instead of Michael Cozin they’ve got Michael Cauten
can that CCJ be enforced against me? I’ve started getting email chasers as the six year anniversary of the CCJ approaches, but they are still using the wrong surname. They don’t seem to know my current address.
