A lrd company own a property which has been empty since owned.
My sister oversee the property but she has never lived there.or used the property.
There is a disagreememt with utility provider about who the contract is with. My sister is the billing address ccontact but why does this make.the agreementbwith her. If supply is billed then surely under any implied contract its the owner of the property ie the Ltd Co can anyonne claify ? Thanks
