Hi there,
In Scotland does the spouse own 50% of the funds held in their spouse's bank account during the marriage, even if their name is not on that account? The funds were generated by rent from two properties one of which was bought (just) before they got married, however only the spouse receiving the rent has their name on the title deeds of both properties. Would the other spouse be entitled to the rent, on either of these properties?
