I have a decree against me - no charge of payment issued yet .*
I have accepted the debt is mine ?*
My issue is they have also taking a decree against my partner even know the debit isn’t hers ?*
I’ll explain -y daughter started a private nursery I was unable to take her on the first day so my partner took her - it was my partners who filled out the forms and gave a copy of her passport - due to circumstances with my work we ran up a bill and they took a simple claim procedure against both of us . I accepted the debt yet they issued a decree against both of us - I spoke to the nursery offering to pay the debt if they remove the decree against my partner but they said there lawyer says that’s not possible - can you help*
